WHATS INCLUDED

Villa’s are rented under a turn key access  arrangement. In other words, the Villa base rental cost covers the Villa, its amenities and infrastructure, utilities as well as basic services. Basically everything you need for your stay except for food. For an additional cost, numerous extra services can be provided, some above and beyond what is available at a resort.  These include pre stocked groceries, Gourmet Chef services,  on site Massage, Photography, Catering, Daily Maid service, Entertainment services, Valet and Taxi service as well as others. In the Turks and Caicos, the sky is the limit in terms of what is available.

 

Some services may be expensive, but what ever it is, it can be found.  Often the Villa and extra services to match those provided by resorts can be purchased at an overall cost that is below that of a resort  but with the added privacy of a private residence and beach. It is even possible to host weddings at the Villa and rent the entire beach. If this is of interest, let us know and we can coordinate rental of all the Villas on the private Bristol Hill beach  - a capacity of over 50 people for that special event - at a cost lower than a condo  or  resort but with a beach all of your own.

What IS included in the base cost

• Mid week Maid service

• Unrestricted use of all Villa Amenities  and infrastructure

• 24 /7  phone and online  support services

• Linens, towels, paper products, Soap and Shampoo are provided - basically everthing you woudl find in a Hotel rental

 

What is NOT included in the base cost

 

• Food and beverage (sterilized  and filtered water available from kitchen tap)

• Damage to the Villa, infrastructure  and Grounds caused by renters negligence or theft.Gross overuse of Air Conditioning (windows/door open). A refundable damage deposit is taken at time of arrival.
